Nectarine and Basil Salad

Nectarine Basil SaladServes: 4

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

3 Tbs Brookshire’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
3 ripe nectarines, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp Food Club Salt
1/4 tsp Food Club Ground Black Pepper

In a small mixing bowl add oil and vinegar; mix well. Put nectarines in a large mixing bowl, add basil and green onions. Season with salt and pepper and add dressing. Toss well to combine and serve.
