In the hot summer months it can be hard to stay hydrated. We all know your best bet of staying hydrated is to drink plenty of water, but how do you do that?
Keep a bottle of water with you throughout the day. If you’re at work keep water at your desk to sip on. If you’re traveling or spending the day outdoors pack a cooler with several water bottles to drink throughout the day.
Set goals for drinking water. For example, by lunch make a goal of drinking a certain amount of water.
If you just can’t drink plan water add some flavor by adding lemon or lime juice. You can also add flavor by add sliced fruit like cantaloupe, watermelon or cucumber.
Water not only keeps you hydrated, but drinking water can help clear up your skin so you can have a healthy summer glow!
