Grilled Corn Salsa
Prep Time: 20 minutes
2 ears grilled corn, kernel cut from cob
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 medium scallion, thinly sliced
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 medium jalapeno pepper, minced
1 1/2 Tbs Brookshire’s Vegetable Oil
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp Food Club Ground Cumin
1 Tbs cilantro leaves, chopped
1/8 tsp Food Club Salt
Place all ingredients in medium bowl. Toss well and serve.
