A Nutty Twist on Dinner

6 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400° F. Coat each chicken breast with cooking spray. In a shallow bowl combine breadcrumbs and chopped pecans. Dredge chicken through breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken on a nonstick baking sheet, Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until juices run clear.
