Roasted Red Bell Pepper Dip

Prep Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Serves: 8

2 bell peppers, roasted, peeled, stemmed and seeded
2 roasted jalapeños
6 garlic cloves
1 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp salt

In a food processor add all ingredients; process until smooth. Serve with pita chips, crostini or crudités.
