A Pounding Headache
There are many causes of headaches, but one of the most common (and most commonly overlooked) is mild dehydration. Think of your body as a sponge. Imagine a moist, well-hydrated sponge…and picture a hard, dried-out one. Keeping your body full of moisture is important!
Drink 8 glasses of fluid a day. Skip sugary snacks. Eat regular meals. These are all ways to keep your hydration where it belongs. Many experts suggest that when you think you're hungry, you may more likely be thirsty! Have a big drink of water and see if that helps those hunger pangs fade.
