Layered Roast Beef Salad A Brookshire's Best Recipe
Serves 6 Prep time: 10 minutes
Directions: 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes, 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers 1/2 cup canned, drained artichokes Strips of deli roast beef Strips of deli cheese or crumbles
Ingredients: Layer in a trifle bowl Top with ranch dressing mixed with a little horseradish
