Asparagus

Ingredients:
1 Tbs Food Club Olive Oil
1 Tbs Full Circle Unsalted Butter
2 lbs thick asparagus spears, trimmed
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp Food Club Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
In a skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil and butter. Once butter begins to melt add asparagus; cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until bright green.
Uncover and increase heat to high. Season asparagus with salt and pepper; cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until spears are tender and well browned. Transfer to serving plate and serve immediately.
