1 lb ground beef

1 tsp grill seasoning blend

4 slices American cheese

4 slices cooked bacon

4 hamburger buns

 

 

 

 

 

Potato Packets

Serves 4

 

4 russet potatoes

1/2 cup water

1 Tbs vegetable oil

 

Make 4 burgers from 1 pound of ground beef, seasoning with grill blend as desired. Cook to your preferences. When flipping the burger, add a slice of cheese and 1 slice of cooked bacon. Serve on a bun.

 

To prepare potatoes, tear 4 sheets of aluminum foil about 10 inches square.  Cube one potato and place in the center of one piece of foil. Add 2 Tbs water and a dash of vegetable oil, seal tightly and put on the grill while the burgers cook. Repeat with remaining potatoes and foil.

 

Serve this with some creamy chocolate pudding for dessert.
