Bacon Cheeseburgers: Tip
If you watch our recipe video for May, we feature some yummy bacon cheeseburgers.
Here's a tip for creating even-sized burgers from a big piece of ground beef: Shape the meat into a square. Using the side of your hand, divide the meat in half. Then divide each half into half again.
Presto! Four fairly-even burgers!
