Fall Festival for Kids – Partners set up games for kids to play and passed out hot dogs and drinks to participants. Kids played games for candy and prizes.

Fairgrounds Exhibit Building – Partners assisted at the door of the exhibit building.

Nursing Home Birthday Party – Each month partners prepare refreshments for the birthday parties for that month at the nursing home. They set up and serve the residents.

Fairgrounds Exhibit Building – Partners assisted setting up the exhibits at the fairgrounds. They took fair passes to people entering items in the exhibits.

Bastrop Fair Grounds Exhibit Building – Volunteers assisted cleaning up and taking in exhibits for the fair and the quilt show. They volunteered over 6 hours.

Susan Komen Race for the Cure – Super 1 is a supporter of the annual Susan Komen Race for the Cure. All proceeds benefit breast cancer research. Partners volunteered over 40 hours for this event.

Nursing Home Birthday Party – Each month partners prepare food and take to the nursing home to celebrate the birthdays during that month.

Adopt A Pet Day – Partners assisted with Adopt a Pet Day at PetSmart. They walked the older dogs and made sure they were taken care of during the event.

Firecracker Golf Tournament – 40 th Annual event that draws in many local players. Partners helped set up and serve refreshments.

Golden Age Pageant – Event was held at the VFW Hall. Partners helped set up, served residents that were being honored.

Lagniappe Nursing Home – Employees prepared refreshments for the monthly birthday party at the home. They prepared plates for the residents and took it to them.

Zumbathon – This project earned more than $860.00 that was donated to the Eunice Food Bank and Eunice Community Health Center. Partners volunteered 8 hours for this event.

Partners donated deli sandwich meats for lunch and supper to help feed the Bastrop Track Team. The team was invited to a state regional meet.

Super 1 Foods partners held a birthday party for the residents at Summerlin Lane Nursing Home. Food and treats were prepared at the store and carried to the Nursing Home and served during the party.

Great American Cleanup – City wide effort to help beautify the community. Super 1 team consisted of 8 partners that worked for a total of 28 hours.
