Be a Hero! Make a Hero!
Depending on where you live, maybe you've never had a hero. Maybe you call those giant everything-but-the-kitchen-sink sandwiches hoagies, subs or grinders.
The names vary, but the idea is the same: using a large piece of bread, layer on the meats, cheeses and veggies. Add a flavorful spread and open wide!
Here's an easy recipe for a hero that comes with a bonus: it's practically fat free! If you make a point of using other healthy ingredients, this hero could make YOU a hero when you share it with friends and family!

1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
