Beautiful Brownies
Brownies—the old standby for a quick and easy dessert. Just add oil, water and eggs and you’re done.
You don’t even have to get out the mixer. This must be why the dessert end of a potluck lunch is full of brownie pans!
Here are a few ways you can dress up a pan of bland brownies:
- Microwave 1/2 cup of peanut butter and mix it in with the brownie batter.
- Stir in chopped walnuts.
- Swirl cream cheese throughout the pan for a marbled look.
- Toss in a few handfuls of butterscotch chips.
- Ice the baked brownies with cream cheese frosting and decorate.
