Cockatiel and Parakeet Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
2 parts millet
1 part safflower seeds
1 part buckwheat, wheat-berries or sunflower seeds
2 parts whole oats
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a sealable container and store, tightly sealed, in a cool, dark place.
Use as the main food source, supplementing it with fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
