Black Bean Salsa

Prep time: 7 minutes, plus chilling
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked Food Club Black Beans
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbs lime juice
1/2 Tbs cumin
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine beans, vegetables and lime juice. Sprinkle salsa with cumin. Cover bowl and refrigerate salsa for 1 hour.
