Blocks
Sometimes the big shiny toys and self-contained learning centers are just too much to absorb. Step back and introduce your child to some of the simpler amusements in life—like blocks. A package of wooden or plastic building blocks can keep kids of just about any age occupied.
Babies hold and wave them; toddlers stack them; and preschoolers create entire cities from them.
Simple is good!
