Do you get confused about which carbohydrates are "good?" All carbohydrates raise blood glucose levels, but the ones that also contain healthy nutrition provide a more even raise in levels.
The food you know as "junk food" usually has very little nutrition to accompany the carbs. These bad carbs include bread, pasta, chips, crackers and candy. Healthier carbs are in their more natural form, like beans, fruit, milk and whole-grain bread and crackers.
