Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

3 cups uncooked pasta—a sturdy variety, such as bow ties or penne

1 (16 oz) bag frozen Fiesta corn (with bell peppers)

1 small onion, chopped

1 carrot, sliced thin

2 cups diced cooked chicken

1 cup bottled Italian Salad Dressing

 

Directions:

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the frozen corn. Drain all in a colander. Rinse and remove to a large bowl. Add the chopped onion and carrot as well as the diced chicken. Mix lightly. Pour in salad dressing, mix again and serve.
