Chicken Salad in Lettuce Leaf

Ingredients:
3 (10 oz) cans chicken, drained
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 cup grapes, quartered
1/2 cup pecans
1 apple chopped
1/2 cup Food Club Light Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Food Club Fat Free Ranch
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
8 Boston lettuce leaves
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together chicken, celery, grapes, pecans and apples. Mix-in mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Add salt and pepper to chicken salad mixture. Place a half of cup of chicken salad into lettuce leaf.
