Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
6 (4 oz) boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 (12 oz) bag Food Club frozen sugar snap peas
1 (10 oz) bag Food Club frozen broccoli spears
1 cup Food Club frozen carrots
1 cup mushrooms
2 red bell peppers, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
Directions:
Slice chicken breast into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Place sliced chicken into non-stick skillet; cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add peas, broccoli spears, carrots, mushrooms, pepper, and garlic; cook until fragrant and vegetables are tender. Pour stir-fry sauce over vegetables; cook for 5 minutes.
