Consistency

One of the most important things to remember about managing your diabetes is this: consistency matters.

 

What does that mean? Eat at about the same time each day; eat about the same amount each time; take medicines at the same time of day; plan physical activity for about the same time of each day.

 

Consistency helps establish rhythms in your body and that helps your body work like it should!
