Cutting Calories
When cutting calories to loss weight, you do not have to make big changes, just a little change can make a big difference.
By switching to 2% milk from whole milk you will be consuming 40 less calories and 3 less grams of fat. If you want to take a large jump by going from whole milk to fat-free milk, your cup of milk will go from 160 calories to 100 calories; that is 60 calories!
Just taking your favorite or staple foods and finding a lower fat variety will help cut more calories than you realize. Reducing your soda consumption by 1 can of soda a day, can decrease your calories consumption by almost 136 calories, depending on your soft drink.
Little changes here and there will make a significant difference.
