Here's an idea: instead of driving through the fast-food lane, stop by your Super-1 Foods deli area. You can find pre-prepared foods, salads, sides and entire meals—and you're in charge. You can skip the bread, double the meat or whatever else suits your needs and your diet.

 

And if you're in a big hurry, just get a few slices of lean turkey breast and eat on the run! You'll save time over fast food and you'll be eating better, to boot.
