Eat Healthy All Year Long
We all do it—the New Year’s resolution! So, who is actually still committed to it after February 1st?
It’s easier to stick to a resolution that is planned out and you are educated on. If eating healthier is what you chose, then here’s a chart to help you know what fruits and vegetables are in season. This will help you plan your meals and snacks all year long. Fruits and veggies are often cheaper, too, when they’re in season.
These are just the highlights of what is in season throughout the year. For more details on each product or to find out what else is available, visit our produce department.
