Some children go to school all year long—either because of a day-care situation, or a school calendar, parents are preparing lunch 12 months a year.

we make our children feel good about who they are and what their family stands for. 

One mother devised a plan to incorporate her family's faith into their lunchtime routines and it's been such a success that she's turned it into a business.

Devotionables are a set of cards containing a scripture and a brief devotion written like a personal letter. There's space for you to personalize and sign your name at the bottom. Some cards suggest an activity to reinforce the message, some just tell your children how much you love them. The cards are color-coded so if a child is having trouble with classmates or needs extra encouragement, you can easily select an appropriate note.

The package contains 80 cards written for elementary students ages 6-10. There's even a section just for girls, and one just for boys. And appropriately, the cards come packaged—in a lunch box!
