Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup honey graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup walnuts, ground
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbs sugar
1 (8 oz pkg) fat-free cream cheese
1/2 Tbs orange juice
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup kiwi, sliced
1/2 cup strawberries, slice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a round pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place graham crackers in food processor to make 1 cup crushed graham cracker, takes about 6 crackers. In a small bowl, combine butter, graham crackers, oatmeal, walnuts (you may need to put these in the food processor too just depending on your taste), sugar and cinnamon. Mix well, and then press into baking pan to make crust. Bake for 8 minutes or until crust is light brown. In a bowl, blend together orange juice and cream cheese. Spread cream cheese over crust. Place assorted fruit over cream cheese.
Serve immediately.
