Getting A Jump Start On Eating Healthy

Are you having trouble getting a jump start on a healthy lifestyle?

 

The first step to having a healthy lifestyle is to ask yourself, am I ready? If you are not ready then wait until you are because you are not going to be successful until you are truly ready to change.

 

The second step is to make changes in baby steps. If you think about other habits people try to quit or change, do they quit or change cold turkey? Generally not.

 

Most people when trying to change make baby steps. Start by trying to eat 1 serving of fruit a day and then gradually increase to 3 fruits a day. Once you have gotten eating fruit down, move on to something else you need to change.

 

Over time you will be surprise how much healthier your eating habits are by changing gradually. Remember it is a process and the change is not going to happen over night.
