Granola Bar
Serves: 24
Prep Time: 15 minutes, plus chill time
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
3 cups oatmeal
1 (14 oz) can Food Club Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbs Food Club Butter, melted
1 cup Food Club Coconut
1 cup Food Club Chocolate Chip
2 tsp Food Club Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup craisins
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients. Press granola mixture into baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Cut granola into bars while warm and place bars in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once bar are cooled break bars off from where they where pre-cut and serve.
