Exercise is where you find it. Take stairs instead of the elevator. Park farther away from the store. Every little bit helps, and doing something is better than doing nothing.

 

Slow down and enjoy what you eat. Food is there to bring you pleasure, not guilt. Enjoy the experience and you'll be healthier for it.
