Brookshire’s bakery cookies are masterpieces of rich, gooey flavor. But no matter how fast you hurry, they’re going to cool off by the time you get home! There’s a secret, though, to bring back that just-out-of-the-oven taste.
You can take most of our bakery cookies and place them in a microwave for about 10 seconds and get that rich, soft cookie with a taste that is just out of the oven. Place 4 to 6 cookies on a microwave safe tray, covered with a paper towel and heat.
Only try this, though, with un-frosted cookies. For obvious reason, the icing may melt when heated in the microwave!
