Italian Salad Dressing
Have you discovered what a valuable ingredient Italian salad dressing is? It's a fabulous marinade for chicken, pork, beef and seafood. Just toss some in a large zipper-top plastic bag along with the meat and chill for an hour or two. Discard the marinade and cook meat as usual—amazing!
Italian dressing is also a great all-purpose seasoning for salads: not just a tossed lettuce salad, but also cole slaw, pasta salad, potato salad and just about any other salad you dream up. It even makes a great fajita seasoning for grilled chicken, shrimp or beef!
