Melting Chocolate

Melting ChocolateOne of the hardest ingredients to deal with is chocolate. It is so delicious but trying to melt it without scorching it can be a nightmare.

 

What I suggest to do is microwave it. I would start out with 30 seconds, take the chocolate out and stir.

 

When melting chocolate you want the chocolate to melt more when you are stirring it than it coming out of the microwave completely melted.

 

After stirring for a little bit put it back in the microwave for 10 seconds and stir, keep doing this until you are stirring and the chocolate is completely melted.
