Mexican Blend Grilled Vegetables

Cook Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 purple onion, sliced
1 large tomato, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Food Club Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lime, juiced
2 tsp Food Club Tex-Mex Chipotle Seasoning
Directions:
In a large bowl toss together all ingredients. Make sure that all vegetables are coated in oil. Wrap vegetables in foil and place on grill. Grill vegetables for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
