For example, when going down the cereal aisle tell your kids to pick a cereal that has a score of a 35-80. This will allow your child to a choose what to eat while being nutritious.
Children know that a 100 is better than a 50, so they can help you pick more nutritious products. Teach your children about being healthy by showing them to pick a more nutritious product.
