Pantry Taco Soup

Ingredients:
2 (15 oz) cans beans, different varieties (such as black, kidney, pinto)
1 (15 oz) can stewed or diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion or 2 Tbs dehydrated onion
2 Tbs taco seasoning (about half a packet)
1 Tbs fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Top with sour cream and salsa.
