Pasta and Veggies at Once
Our July recipe is for making a yummy pasta salad with chicken. Here's a tip for saving time—and energy—when preparing the ingredients. When you add pasta to the boiling water, you can also heat the corn at the same time!
When the pasta is about 2 minutes from being done, add the frozen corn to the pot. Return to a boil and then drain everything into a colander.
No need to heat the stove twice!
