Peanut Butter

Peanut ButterWhen looking at peanut butter, you have many options. There are regular peanut butter, reduce-fat peanut butter, chunky peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and natural peanut butter.

Natural peanut butter is the way to go. Yes, natural peanut butter can have more calories but it has a whole lot less ingredients.

To pick out a good natural peanut butter first look at the ingredients list. The list should have a few ingredients maybe peanuts and salt. There is a natural peanut butter that has no added salt, so the ingredients are just peanuts.

But if you are not use to natural peanut butter you may want to add a little sugar, if it does not already have it added in there. Just begin to decrease the amount of sugar you add until you get use to it.

Warning, if you do not eat natural peanut butter when you first open the jar there will be oil in the top; just stir up the peanut butter until the oil has been distributed throughout the jar.
