Peanut Butter Fudge

Cook Time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 (13.8 oz) bag Tootsie Rolls

1 (14 oz) can fat free sweetened condensed milk

2 cups Food Club Crunchy Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Food Club Powdered Sugar

 

 

 

 

Directions:

Spray an 8x8-inch cake pan with cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan, over medium-low heat, add tootsie rolls and 2 tablespoons milk; stir until tootsie rolls are melted. Add remaining milk and peanut butter, stir until well combined. Add powdered sugar; mix well. Pour fudge into pan and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares.
