Peanut Butter Wrap
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Tbs Food Club Orange Juice
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup light vanilla yogurt
4 wheat tortillas
Directions:
Sprinkle orange juice over banana slices to prevent browning. In a small bowl combine peanut butter and yogurt; stir until smooth. Spread peanut butter mixture over each tortilla. Arrange sliced banana in a single layer over peanut butter. Roll tortillas up. Place a peanut butter wrap in your child’s lunch box.
