Picky Eaters
Do you have a picky eater on your hands? All children are picky eaters at one point in their childhood.
If you are worried about your child not getting enough fruits and vegetables, why not disguise them. You add vegetables into sauces or even something your kids love- brownies.
I know when I am cooking for someone that does not like onions, I chop them up real fine and they never notice.
Instead of yelling at them for not eating their vegetables, praise them when they do. If you get the kids involved with the meal they may be more likely to eat it. Let them help plan the menu, go to the grocery store, and help cook the meal.
Also, it helps to make food fun. You can make shapes, animals, and sailboats with food for your kids to help them get excited about eating.
