Pumpkin Cookie Cake
Ingredients:
1 (16.5 oz) tube Food Club chocolate chip cookie dough
1 cup Food Club vanilla frosting
few drops of orange food coloring
1 tube green decorating icing
1/4 cup Food Club candy corn
decorations: candy corn, sprinkles, chocolate coated candy
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cooking spray on a 12-inch pizza pan. Spread cookie dough over pizza pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
In a small bowl, add white frosting and then add orange food coloring until you get a desirable orange. Once cookie has cooled, spread orange food coloring over cookie. With green decorating icing draw a steam and mouth onto the cookie. With the candy corn, make 2 triangles for the eyes. Then make a nose with the candy corn. You can decorate the remaining cookie with candies and sprinkles.
