Putting Portions on Your PlateIf you are having a hard time controlling yourself when eating your favorite foods do not take the package to the table or couch to eat out of it.

 

Look at the serving size on the package take that amount out and put the package up. If you are watching TV and do not want to get carried away with eating too much cereal or popcorn, place the serving size amount in a bowl.

 

You can also make your own package foods, by taking out the proper serving size and putting the food in a zip top bag; for example, placing your grapes in groups of 15 in a zip top bag.
