Quinoa: Ancient Secret

Check out quinoa: it's a grain that has been around for ages, but has only recently become famous. It's gluten free and vegetarian, so it appeals to a wide audience. Lemon-Cilantro Quinoa

Serves 6

Prep time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa, rinsed

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

 

Directions:

Prepare the quinoa according to package directions. When cooked, stir in lemon juice and cilantro.
