Red, White and Blue!
When you see the colors red, white and blue your first thought is America. You find these colors everywhere around the Fourth of July representing patriotic pride. We know that red, white and blue, and stars and strips all represent America; but what do they really mean?
UsFlag.org states the strips of the flag represent a ray of light stemming from the sun. The red represents hardiness and valour, while white means purity and innocence. Heaven and the divine goal man has aspired from time immemorial is symbolized by the stars. The blue stands for vigilance, perseverance and justice.
Now when you’re enjoying a red, white and blue popsicle or watching the flag wave in the sunset, you will know what all the colors and symbols represent.
