Reducing Calorie Content
There are many tricks in lowering the fat as well as the calorie content in foods.
One way to do this is to just lessen the amount of oil in a product.
For example, use less oil in baking recipes. If a cake recipe calls for 1 cup of oil, you can get away with using just 2/3 cup.
You can also do this with salt in a recipe to reduce the amount of sodium. It is a real simple trick that you will not even notice.
