Seasoned Butter
Thanksgiving is the meal where we pull out all the stops. We want our feast to be special…right down to the butter on the table.
Bring home some fresh bread from the Super 1 Foods bakery—French, whole grain or white—and make is special by serving it with specially seasoned butter.
Take some softened butter or trans-free spread and create something unique:
- Garlic-herb spread: blend butter with finely chopped herbs and minced garlic.
- Cranberry-walnut-cinnamon spread: blend butter with finely chopped dried cranberry, chopped toasted walnuts and a few pinches of ground cinnamon
- Zesty lemon spread: mix butter with finely chopped lemon zest.
Sometimes it’s the special little touches that people remember. Try making some seasoned butter and see if people sit up and notice this Thanksgiving!
