Antioxidants are the super-healthy aspects of fruits and vegetables. You can recognize various antioxidants by the deep, dark colors of vegetables, so it's not surprising that red vegetables are especially healthy for you.
The highest-scoring red produce item is cranberries, followed by raspberries, sweet cherries, pomegranate juice, red pears, pink grapefruit and red grapes.
