Shop Fast!
Whether you shop morning or evening, after work or on the weekend, we all dread a trip to the grocery store with a long list in hand. If you organize ahead of time, you can make a trip to the store at even the busiest time of day and not feel frazzled!
Make a menu for the week. This will help you form your list and reduce the need for multiple shopping trips during the week.
Organize your list. Group foods by department (i.e. produce, dairy, dry goods, etc.). This will keep you from zig-zagging the whole store to complete your list. Another way to organize your list is aisle-by-aisle. Start on one side of the store and make your way across. This will provide a continuous easy shopping pattern.
Getting organized starts with good planning. Take a few extra minutes at home and save time and money at the store.
