Spice It Up!So you’re making veggies with every meal to keep your family healthy. Good for you! Keep them interested by just adding a little zip to your regular sides.

            • Toss your zucchini and squash with a Zesty Italian salad dressing before sautéing.
            • Add a little freshly minced garlic to the mashed potatoes.
            • Slice sweet potatoes like French fries, spray pan and fries with cooking spray and bake like oven fries. Sprinkle with chili powder for some zest.
            • Chop your broccoli and incorporate it into your next casserole.
            • Pour a drained can of whole kernel corn into your cornbread mix.
