Taste of Texarkana – Partners participated in the Taste of Texarkana by sampling their deli and bakery items. They volunteered over forty five hours for this event.

Race for the Cure – Annual race each year and nineteen partners participate in the race/run. They volunteered over 60 hours for this event and helped pass out fruit and water to participants.

Chili Cook-Off – Super 1 donated the product and partners were the judges at a local chili cook-off.
October 2 – 3, 2010
Quadrangle Festival Barbeque Cook-Off – The store donated 40 briskets for this event. Partners participated in the competition and won $250.00. The money was donated back to the Texarkana Museum System.

Relay for Life – 12 partners from the store participated at the Relay for Life and donated 54 hours of their time. They sold raffle tickets, fruit, water and yogurt and all the proceeds raised were donated to the American Cancer Society. Partners walked all night and won the best team spirit aware.

Employees participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and handed out Supreme Blend frozen dessert and Food Club cereal bars and drink mixes.

Employees formed a team and participated in Relay for Life. The group also sold fruit and raised more money for the American Cancer Society.
